Please note that all sales are final.

Digital products (including downloads and printables) are delivered instantly, which means we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Physical products are also nonrefundable and not eligible for return or exchange.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to me at beth@dayswithgrey.com within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll make it right.
